HOW TO USE
Step 1: Gently massage over cleansed, damp skin for 30 seconds
After cleansing your face, apply The Ex to your damp skin. Using your fingertips, gently massage the treatment onto your skin for 30 seconds, avoiding the eye area. This will help to buff away dead skin cells and impurities, leaving your skin feeling smoother and more radiant.
Step 2: Leave on for 1-2 minutes before rinsing with water
Once you've massaged The Ex onto your skin, leave it on for 1-2 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic. This will help to further exfoliate and brighten your skin. After 1-2 minutes, rinse your face thoroughly with lukewarm water, making sure to remove all traces of the treatment.
Step 3: Use 1-2 times per week
For best results, use The Ex from Mantle once or twice a week. Overuse can lead to skin irritation or sensitivity, so it's important to stick to this recommended frequency. Oh wow, this is not something to joke about. Even though it’s a triple effect exfoliator, and very active, it’s not harsh on the skin.
Honestly the other way around, it feels kind and mild on the skin and I never get red or irritated after or while using it. I feel soft, clean and
not stripped at all afterwards. I use it 1-2 times a week, no more is needed.
