Refund policy

We want you to love everything you receive from Skindays. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Completely unopened and unused
  • In their original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact
  • Not a hygiene-sensitive or perishable product (for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened skincare, serums, or products where the seal has been broken)

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging or with broken seals
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [hello@skindays.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

How to Return
  1. Email us at [hello@skindays.com] to request a return authorisation
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label — no need to worry about postage
  3. Securely repack the item(s) in their original packaging
  4. Attach the label and drop it off at your nearest post office or courier drop-off point

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when this is done.
