Step 1: Introduce gradually - Start by using the product once every three nights for the first two weeks. This will help your skin adjust to the product and minimise the risk of irritation.

Step 2: Increase frequency - After the initial two weeks, increase usage to every other night for the next two weeks. If your skin shows no signs of dryness or sensitivity, you can increase usage to every night for optimal results.

Step 3: Application and additional precautions - On dry skin, blend a small amount of the product over your face and neck in the evening, before following with your regular Medik8 hydrator. Always use a sunscreen during the day in conjunction with this product to further protect your skin from sun damage.
